The Locking Window: Our logistics network is highly automated. Your order is transmitted to manufacturing hubs immediately upon checkout. You have a strict 12-hour window from purchase to request an address correction or cancellation. Once a garment enters the active printing phase, the order is locked.
Verification & Design: 24-48 hours.
Technical Packaging: Items undergo final QC before sealing.
Tracking Generation: Your unique Logistics Tracking ID is generated within 48 hours of dispatch.

PHASE 2: TRANSIT DATA

Split Shipments: Multi-item orders may dispatch in separate packages. Each has its own tracking.
Estimated Transit: NORTH AMERICA: 5-9 days / EUROPE: 6-15 days / INTERNATIONAL: 9-20 days.

PHASE 3: RETURN & EXCHANGE PROTOCOL
