This website is operated by SunBorn Collective ("we," "us," "our," or "SunBorn"). Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to SunBorn Collective. SunBorn offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available through it, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Frequency and rates: Message frequency varies based on user interaction and product release schedules. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

SunBorn produces limited-run products and exclusive drops. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
We may, at our sole judgment, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by:

The SunBorn name, logo, brand mark, and related trade dress are trademarks of SunBorn Collective. The "SunBorn Purchase Assurance™" name is a trademark of SunBorn Collective used in connection with Seel's underlying Worry-Free Purchase® service.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services without express written permission from us. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders made through our Services. You agree to promptly update your account information (including email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates) so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Address responsibility: SunBorn is not liable for lost, delayed, or misrouted shipments resulting from inaccurate address information or erroneous shipping data provided by the Customer. If a package is returned to our facility due to an insufficient or undeliverable address, you are responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

SunBorn operates on a decentralized print-on-demand manufacturing model. Every product is engineered specifically upon Order confirmation through our specialized manufacturing partners. We do not hold pre-made inventory.
Production time: Manufacturing time applies before transit begins. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, but may be longer for Custom Edition pieces.
Split shipments: Orders containing multiple product types may be manufactured at different specialized facilities and arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. Customers will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment. Receipt of one package does not indicate the remainder of the order has been lost.
Order modifications: Because production begins almost immediately after checkout, shipping addresses and sizing cannot be modified once an Order is confirmed. Orders cannot be cancelled after manufacturing has begun. Please double-check all information before completing checkout. For modification requests within 30 minutes of checkout, contact info@sunbornfc.com — interception is not guaranteed.
Title and risk of loss: Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, DHL, or other), title and risk of loss pass to the Customer, except as covered by SunBorn Purchase Assurance™ (Section 10).
Our return and refund procedures are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Below are the key points; for complete terms, see our Refund Policy.
Manufacturing variances: Due to the nature of digital sublimation and cut-and-sew manufacturing, slight variances in color saturation, graphic placement near seams, or minor production tolerances may occur compared to digital product mockups. These variances are inherent to the production process and do not qualify as defects. They are not eligible for refund or exchange.
For international shipments, the receiver is the importer of record and is solely responsible for all local customs fees, duties, VAT, and import taxes levied by the destination country.
SunBorn cannot estimate, prepay, or override government-mandated import procedures. Packages abandoned at customs due to unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund.

Service provided "as is": The Services and all products sold through them are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SunBorn disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment.
No guarantee of uninterrupted service: We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.
Limitation of liability: In no case shall SunBorn Collective, our directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Services or any products procured using the Services.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such jurisdictions our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SunBorn Collective and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
SunBorn Collective is an independent design company. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with FIFA, any FIFA tournament (including but not limited to the FIFA World Cup), or any national soccer associations, federations, leagues, or teams.
References to national teams, tournaments, host cities, or other soccer-related descriptors throughout our products and marketing materials are used strictly for descriptive purposes under the doctrine of nominative fair use. Such references identify the cultural or geographic subject matter our products celebrate and do not imply official endorsement, sponsorship, or licensing by any third party.
All third-party trademarks (including national team names, tournament names, and country names) remain the property of their respective owners.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing all use of the Services and, if you have created an account, deleting your account.
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to:
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
EU/UK customers: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies or operating rules posted on the Site (including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Purchase Assurance page), constitute the entire agreement between you and SunBorn Collective and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and us.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or via email where appropriate.
