Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with tags attached; you cover return shipping and there's no restocking fee. Manufacturing defects are covered on that same 45-day clock — if your piece arrives defective, that condition requirement (unworn/unwashed/tags-on) doesn't apply, but photos and the item itself are required. Custom Edition, Host City Series, pre-ordered items, and limited drops are Final Sale unless the product description says otherwise, though defect and loss coverage still apply.
