LOGISTICS MANIFEST // ENGINE-TO-ORDER

Every SunBorn piece is engineered specifically upon order confirmation. This specialized production protocol ensures zero-waste manufacturing and high-precision garment construction.

PHASE 1: DISPATCH PROTOCOL & AUTOMATION

• The Locking Window: Our logistics network is highly automated. Your order is transmitted to manufacturing hubs immediately upon checkout. You have a strict 12-hour window from purchase to request an address correction or cancellation. Once a garment enters the active printing phase, the order is locked.
• Verification & Design: 24-48 hours.
• Technical Packaging: Items undergo final QC before sealing.
• Tracking Generation: Your unique Logistics Tracking ID is generated within 48 hours of dispatch.

PHASE 2: TRANSIT DATA

• Split Shipments: Multi-item orders may dispatch in separate packages. Each has its own tracking.
• Estimated Transit: NORTH AMERICA: 5-9 days / EUROPE: 6-15 days / INTERNATIONAL: 9-20 days.

PHASE 3: RETURN & EXCHANGE PROTOCOL

• Customized Equipment (Final Sale): Any garment with personalized modifications is irreversibly engineered to your spec. All custom editions are Final Sale. SunBorn Assurance still applies.
• Defect Returns: 14-day window from delivery for replacement or refund on manufacturing deviations. Photographic evidence required.
• Condition Requirement: Unworn, unwashed, original condition with internal tags intact.

PHASE 4: LIABILITY

• SunBorn is not liable for packages marked Delivered then misplaced at the destination. Use SunBorn Assurance for lost/stolen coverage.
• International customs and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
